Included is the transfer of ownership (assignment) of the following PATENTS describing the LIFT ASSISTTM snow shovel. PATENT number USA 7,032,942, view government records at http://patft.uspto.gov/netahtml/PTO/srchnum.htm PATENT application (Allowed) CA 2429003, view government records at http://patents.ic.gc.ca/cipo/cpd/en/search/number.html ROYALTIES NOTE; These royalties will be your receivables. Included are ROYALTIES payable to the patent owner of Patent US6311465 and Patent Can2188956 which will be transferred to you through the government offices respectively. The successful bidder will gain title as the LISENSOR to the MANUFACTURING LICENSING AGREEMENT with the LICENSEE, being FLYING HIGH INTERNATIONAL INDUSTRIAL SUPPLY COMPANY OF TAIWAN. This is a general nonexclusive manufacturing agreement for the life of the US and Canadian patents in the amount of 10% F.O.B. of the LICENSEE's total gross F.O.B. sales per pick-up rake sold in all countries inclusive, payable to the LICENSOR 90 days following each shipment. This is a more complex design which uses a force multiplying pulley system and an articulating paddle operated from a sliding grip located on the elongated handle. This is a much better ergonomic shovel. It is called a "STAND UP" shovel and not a bent handle type. Tests with the prototypes proved it really does reduce back stain effectively and moves it to both arms but it has a nice feature in that it can also be used conventionally. It was designed to lift more snow with less effort. The patents are relatively new. The Canadian application is currently being allowed and will soon be granted.
